Pearls

Pearls symbolise innocence, purity, truth and beauty. They are linked to values such as sincerity, perfectionism and fidelity. Pearls are said to strengthen your personal integrity and help you stay focused. They also inspire you to promote truth and loyalty in your life.

Nature's Wonder – Genuine Freshwater Pearls
At Ro Copenhagen, we use only natural pearls in our jewellery. A natural pearl is a rare and unique pearl, created by nature itself within a mussel. There are two types of genuine pearls: natural pearls and cultured pearls. Natural pearls form naturally in wild mussels without any human intervention, making them extremely rare and especially valuable.

Natural pearls are formed in mussels living in freshwater. With their beautiful and clear luster, they are a testament to nature's finest craftsmanship. The pearls come in elegant shades such as white, pink, and beige, making them a timeless and sophisticated choice.

The stone's hardness
Pearls are grade 2.5 to 4.5 on the Mohs hardness scal.
